‘Honour the Lord by giving Him the first part of all your income….” Proverbs 3:9
We won’t be seeing a collection plate for a while, but it’s important to continue to support your congregation’s and wider church’s mission and ministry through your regular offerings. Regular Electronic Giving (REG) is convenient, safe and confidential. There are a number of ways to give electronically to St Johns, click here for more information.

Prayer for COVID 19
Christian Churches have been urged to pray about the Coronavirus outbreak and to take sensible precautions as the World Health Organisation declares a pandemic.
We should act responsibly. We need to be aware of the dangers that the virus presents and take any necessary precautions for the safety of our congregations.
We encourage you to pray for those who have been infected, for our Commonwealth and State governments as they address this crisis, and for the health and safety of our countries and your local communities. Good information can be accessed from the Western Australian Department of Health here.
Heavenly Father, bring healing and comfort for people around the world suffering from Coronavirus COVID-19. Speed their recovery and slow the spread of the virus. We thank you for the efforts of all those involved in treating, testing and caring for patients, and ask your protection over them as they go about their work. Give wisdom to governments around the world as they manage this outbreak. We ask for your peace when we are tempted to panic or become anxious about this disease. Help us to place our trust in you, knowing that our life is safely hidden in you and that you are the Lord of all creation. Enable us to show your love to others, sharing the hope we have in you, praying and caring for the sick and needy as best we can in the name of Christ. Amen.
